Nama J2 - My Pick for Best Juicer

Nama J2 is hands down the best juicer I have used yet. Nama has other models available as well, but I can only speak to the performance of the J2 and the citrus attachment for it. The juice yield is incredible. It is easy to assemble and clean and is very quiet when juicing. I have used several other juices and this one is far superior. I highly recommend it. If juicing for yourself then the regular hopper size should be fine. Nama has recently added an extra capacity hopper as an offering for those needing a higher quantity of juice.

When juicing celery, I do not juice the leaves because I think it makes the juice more bitter. I also juice only 3 days worth ahead.

Heidi's Miracle Juice

Watermelon(only cut green rind off), Pineapple(you can juice the core), 1-2 limes, small chunk of fresh ginger, 1-2 fresh turmeric roots.

Jen's Juice

A bunch of spinach(organic if possible), 2-3 apples cored, but with skins, 2 lemons, a cucumber with skins, fresh whole turmeric root(1-2 tubes), a chunck of fresh ginger

Key Benefits

  • Spinach is loaded with carotenes, amino acids, iron, iodine, potassium and magnesium as well as Vitamins A, C, K and B complex

  • Spinach also is high in antioxidants, helps in creation of red blood cells, maintains and alkaline level in the body, cures bleeding gums, aids in digestion and has anti-cancer properties 

  • Apples, ginger and turmeric are anti-inflammatory 

  • Boost your immune system 

  • Lemon and Cucumber are rich in water and will help keep you hydrated and improve your skin 

  • Lemon and ginger may help support your metabolism.

Orange Wonder Juice

6-7 Raw Carrots(I don't peel them, but scrub them), 1-2 apples cored with skin on, chunk of fresh ginger root, 1-2 lemons...(optional) I almost always add fresh turmeric root to all my recipes
